Vista Home Ultimate: some programs have been blocked on startup?

A message in the system tray comes up every time I log on and it says "some programs have been blocked on startup". Well I know they have, I was the one who ordered the block. So how do I stop Windows Defender from telling me this all the time?

try disabling "user account control" i think it is under other security settings... im not on vista right now but i think thats what it is and see if that fixes it

ya got to the UAC and parental controls or somting like that

Parental controls do not apply / cannot be accessed on an administrator account (I am the admin).

You can also allow program to start by clicking the associated icon in the system tray and selecting the blocked program to run.

vista is rediculous... my gf just got her new hp lappy with vista on it... and setting it up last night was a pain in the @ss. Still can't get it to find wireless and it double (even triple) checks about EVERYTHING
