Vista: how do I delete old network entries?

I changed my "computer name" in the network and when I go to view what computers are in my home network group, it still shows the old name and of course the new name too.

The new name works fine. Others in my workgroup can access my files etc..

How can I erase the old name entry? It is pointless to have it there. If I try to open it, Vista tells me that it does not exist.

Hey, what-da-ya know..... after about several minutes (an hour max), it just disappeared on its own. I guess there must be some cache where it is saved and after a given amount of time, Vista refreshes it. That's my guess, anyway.
