Vista not letting me copy/paste files

I'm trying to copy/paste, but vista is not letting me. I have "full control" of that paul.ddl file. I have full control of that BIN folder for everyone except "creator owner".

What more do I have to do to replace some files?

It doesn't matter if you have full control over that file or not.The reason can be that some program which is running in the background is not letting you to copy it.Try to go into the SAFE MODE and log in the administrator account (which is hopefuly you) and perform the same thing.If it didn't help,report back.

How do I go into "safe mode" , and run as admin?

Turn off your computer.Then turn it back on and as soon as the BIOS screen has disappeared,keep pressing F8 button on your keybaord like crazy all until you don't get to the Advanced options menu where you can choose SAFE MODE which is first listed at the top.After that just select your operating system and that's it.

Yes agree with "Stars". Every new OS that Microsoft brings out, is bigger, more bloated, and slower, that ALL the OSs they brought out before. Who needs that ?
