I got vista premium with service pack 1,is there a service pack 2 out yet if yes how can i get hold of it,cheers.

SP2 is currently in beta testing and is not released to the public yet.

It's readily available on the internet, but it's only Release Candidate, not
official release.

So, to answer your question, no.

Vista is officially only up to Service Pack 1.
