Vista Retail on Multiple PCs???

I have been reading up on the differences between Vista OEM and retail and understand that the retail version lets you install it multiple times if you upgrade your pc. What I want to know is whether or not it allows you to install on multiple pcs running simultaneously. Can I buy one copy and install it on three different computers or is this illegal? Do I need to buy it three times because that would really suck . I'm sure the answer is obvious but I just want to be certain.

Yup, it's obvious. Gotta cough up the cash for three copies. And yes, that admittedly does suck.

As everyone's said, you need additional licences.
