Dear users of this forum... I've encountered a weird error on my vista x64, where I cannot start up my PC due to
"File: \Boot\BCD
Status: 0xc0000034
Info: The Windows Boot Configuration Data file is missing required information"
This information is taken from microsofts official website.
The information on the website tells me that to fix this probleme, all I had to do was inserting the instalation disc of Vista home edition and start repairing.
I was very happy to see that this probleme wouldn't be hard a probleme to fix; due to my luck, it wasn't really that easy, and the level of difficulity in this increased after I found out that on restart with the official instalation disc it wouldn't read it, and I ended up glaring at the same error window again.
It's either that, or the computer screen stays all black, keyboard won't respond and the mouse won't budge.
Either way doesn't help me reach my goal on fixing this dreadful error.
So I ask you, the users of this forum, if you can spare some time to help, or at least try to help me out on how to solve this probleme.
