Vista to XP -questions before the switch.

Ok guys, I'm planning on reformatting my hdd and sticking Windows XP Pro on it (I need the ram power that vista eats up). I'm kinda lost as to what I'll be needing drivers for once I do make the change though. Can somebody please help me here? I've taken two screenshots of my device manager.

You'll need you motherboard driver disc (should have come with the mobo), and the other drivers like video, you can download once you install the motherboard drivers, which would include the NIC drivers. That's pretty much it. Anything else you can get from manufacturer's discs you have from when you bought products, and updates/drivers and such from http://update.microsoft.com

I bought a pre-made laptop, it's a Toshiba Satellite P105-S6217 (forgot to mention that in the first post). So I only have a Vista anytime upgrade disc (home premium) and the two recovery discs. My XP disc should have the drivers for the mobo, right?

erm.. not exactly. You should be able to go to toshibas website and be able to get driver downloads and such.

Actually i found the link:
Link to Toshiba Driver Page

What i would do is, get all the drivers in a single folder, then burn that folder to a CD or DVD and then install vista, then install the drivers off the CD/DVD that you burned. Just make sure you run a windows update once your done so you get any driver updates.
