Hey guys, every time I run windows update, this error shows up:

Right now, I'm feeling a bit insecure due to the condition my machine is in. Can anyone help me solve this without having to do a system restore?

Full scan with malwarebytes didn't find anything suspicious.
Full scan with Avira didn't find anything.
Full scan with Avast didn't find anything.
Full scan with AVG didn't find anything.
Full scan with Kapersky didn't find anything.

How is it possible that you did this exactly?
By the way, I suggest you run the AVG Remover Tool
And if you are deciding on which >single< Antivirus to use, I would suggest free Avira
