Vista: Wont install my program

Downloaded the Adobe Premier CS3 demo from adobe.com and it wont install...it gives me this.

There was a problem while creating the destination folder. Please check the folder permissions or choose a new folder.


Problem is it gives me that no matter wehat folder I pick. How can I fix this?
 
Make sure you run the program as an administrator, and that you are allowing the program to be installed when it prompts you.
