Vista x64 on 36GB Raptor

I was looking though Microsoft website and read that vista needs 40 GB hard and at least 15gb free space.

So is it possible to Install Vista on a 36GB Raptor with no cons beside the limited GB space?

how many gb is there once the raptor is formated?

does anybody have Vista x64 on their system? How much space does it need with all the updates? is it around 15GB?

You will be fine to install Vista onto that hard disk drive. The 15GB free space, I do not understand that, as I beta-tested Vista on a 20GB HDD with 3GB free space, and I had no problems what so ever. Vista usually takes about 8GB HDD space on a drive under 40GB.

I'd go with the 74GB Raptor. Even if you install programs, games, etc. on a different drive, you'll run out of space fast. I run Vista Ultimate x64 and it uses about 10GB of disk space.
