So I had 2 OS Vista to play Halo 2 and XP to keep me sane till Vista fixes its problems. I used Acronis Disk Director Suite to make my partition.
So I had to delete Vista some stupid error that support couldn't fix so I deleted the partition deleting everything on it....and tried to reinstall Vista it but the boot manager has been changed so now I get a choice between XP and Vista which is no longer installed.
I tried Fdisk /mbr but command didn't work and tried recovery console command which also didn't work.
Problem being is I can't system restore-factory restore-format now or even reinstall Vista.
This system came with a pre-installed XP home so I can't even try to repair it since I only have Vista disk atm.
Anyone have any ideas on how I could repair the file to default or maybe wipe the files so it won't prevent me from installing vista or doing a format?
