Voltage?

hey guys i my voltage on the computer are pretty darn off...Can anyone tell me what's going on? On speedfan it's detecting that Vcore 1 is 1.46V (suppose to be 1.5) +3.3V is at 3.09V, +5V is at 1.53V +12V is at 11.65V, -12V is at -3.15V, -5V is at -3.85V, =5V is at 2.12V. I'm a complete noob at this so this might be normal but might now be, any help would be appreciated.

I think there's some issues with your PSU maybe. What brand and model is the PSU? How old is your PSU?

The VCore I'm not sure what it's supposed to be. The voltage can swing a bit. But -12 running at -3.15V is not good (but that isn't used to almost anything, from what I've heard). I have everything close to what it should be when I look at it on SpeedFan. For instance +3.3V is 3.23V, +5V is 5.00V etc. Pretty close to what it should be. But it could be anything.

One note

Keep in mind that Speedfan does not always report the right voltages. So it could be either speedfan or alternatively your PSU. What components have you got and what PSU have you got? If I were you, I would also check the readings in the BIOS. They tend to be more accurate.
