Can i use the Kingston KINGSTON 1600MHz DDR3 with the GA-Z68X-UD7-B3 ?
The Kingston DDR3's are 1.65 v. But on Gigabyte's website it says that i can run 4 x 1.5V DDR3 DIMM sockets.

Does it make a difference?
 
You should be able to run them, Kingston typically has them set to automatically run at 'safe' settings at 1.5v. You will need to adjust the settings in the BIOS to get it to run at 1600MHz though.
