Hey all,

Can someone tell me if these Voltages displayed by Sensorsview pro are ok or if my pc is not getting enough power or too much?

Yes i got a cheap Psu which i know i shouldnt of but i didnt have enough funds to buy a decent one when purchasing my graphics card.

I hear that el-cheapo Psus can be dodgy with voltages so is my pc gonna have a slow death?

I havnt had one single problem with the Psu but im just concearned if it gives up on me and takes the rest of the computer with it.

EDIT:Btw...My Psu is a 400Watt

I have a cheap PSU that came with my case and it seems to be fine... I think... Well for now!

My voltages are the same, give or take a little...

Also, I had Sensor View Pro... It was very good until the trial ran out... I'd recoment Speed Fan, it's great! and you can have it in the task bar like speed fan can... :)

Yeah i usualy have speedfan instaled but because i recently reinstaled windows i forgot to instal it again:D

Got it back on now.

Your +12V rail is out of spec. It should be 11.4V at the very least. Do you have a multimeter to confirm those values?

Nope unfortunately I don’t:(

Is this realy bad?

Speedfan reports my +12V rail is 11.25V

If your not getting errors then I would doubt the reading of 11.3v given by Sensor view. Borrow a multimeter, put it on the dc range and measure it. More than likely it will be at least 11.4v.:)

Anything that's out of spec is bad, and could be responsible for instability, and personally I wouldn't even let it go as low as the 11.4V allowed by spec. Without a multimeter, though, there's no way to tell whether it's a bad PSU or just a bad reading.

Take a look in the BIOS and see what that says. Just because a BIOS reading is bad doesn't guarantee it's not a bad reading, but it's still useful info.

I don't suppose you have another PSU that you can try?
