Voodoo NO!

My "uncommon" was not directed at the average user, it was directed at the dual 8800 laptop comment. And CyberPower has SLi 8800's as well.

And Toshiba has SLi 8600's, not 8800's but it is still SLi Graphic Cards.

And the majority of the companies you named don't market Gaming Laptops.

Exactly. I was pointing out that only gaming laptops offer dual 8800 graphics cards.

And, most companies that offer 8800m gt graphics cards will be "over priced" to some people.

We're talking about all gaming companies now, I wanted to stick with Alienware and Voodoo.

But preference is preference.

Who's talking about all gaming companies???

Some people get a Voodoo, or used to, because of the automotive paint job. Some people get alienware because of the led lights. Some people get sager, because they are cheaper, but don't have lights or a good paint job.

The general public that doesn't game doesn't need dual 8800's. That's why only gaming laptop companies offer them. Also, HP is one of the best computer compaines for buying pre-builts (besides Dell or Acer.) Also, if you care so much about gaming laptops, just get an Alienware. If Voodoo wants to make crap, by all means let them. Yes, Alienware is overpriced, yes their RAM is WAY overpriced, but they do make quality laptops. (Besides the people who are unlucky). So let Voodoo go out of business. Other companies will sweep up the mess they made. (By the way Travis, my comment wasn't directed towards you, just using your quote :D)
