VPN - Error 721

We have a connection to a client and when I try to connect I get error 721.

I am able to connect to the vpn, but when it tries to verify my login information it fails. Any suggestions on the reasoning. I am running Windows 2000 SP4.

Is this an issue of a port not being open? The client set up the vpn and pointed it at our ip address. Is there something else that we need to do? And how do I know what port to open?

sounds like an authentication problem. Is there any logging in your VPN client, where you can see why its refusing connection?
 
Our connection is by using the Microsoft Connection Wizard (in the Networking Folder of Control Panel) to connect to the IP Address they provided us.
 
update

I did try logging in through my home computer. I was able to connect instantly. Wonder what is blocking me here at work. Any suggestions?
