VPU Recover (not vgu)

ok so i made a topic about this earlier and i called it vgu instead of vpu. anyways, here is the error message i got....

so what exactly is this, and how can I avoid getting this message. I got it 3 times in the last minute. what happens is the screen will freeze and only the mouse pointer will be able to move, the screen will then turn black and then come back with the above error message. this has happened a few times before also, but never this many times this close together.

I think this happens because you installed newer ATI drivers. But it could have a lot of causes - take a look here: http://forums.viaarena.com/messageview.cfm?catid=31&threadid=53188

Could it also be overheating? I know my older Radeon does that from time to time (strange cuz it usually happens after a DVD ... which is CPU intensive....)
