Can anyone on this forum help me, please. I've a virus on my computer which called Avon or Renova. This virus attacks my system such as, regedit and gpedit.msc (I use windows XP OS). If I open anti virus, that virus will minimize that software, he2. Could everyone help me, he2?!:D
 
Excuse Mr. I can't install that program which you recomende. Cause, Avon has minimized the window.. :P Could u give me an another plan, he2:confused:
 
Excuse Me Mr. After, I've tried to erase some files from what's running. I can install that hijack log, but couldn't enter that program. Cause M5VBVM60.dll can't found?!:confused: Help please

you might have to delete the infected files or virus your self in dos mode, sometimes these bugs are written so well, not even v scanners cant clean it,
never the less scan your computer, get the name of the virus, and try deleting it in safe mode, also remember to turn your net connection off,
install spyware blaster, spyware guard, run adaware, spybot, and do a regclean, and remember to always use a firewall.
 
It can't work. I've try your suggestion. Alicia and Emira (the name of virus) always come on the 1st startup, he2. So, I've formatted and install XP again, he2. Thnk's :D
