wallpaper changer?

I used to know of and have a wallpaper changer on my Windows 98 PC back in 1999. Someone gave me the link, I downloaded the program, and shuhbang. I didn't see anything in the Sticky. I don't want to get picky, but the one I had way back then you could customize how often the desktop wallpaper would change (seconds, minutes, hours, etc.). Does anyone know of any good one?

I used a program called "Wallpaper Master" for quite a while and thought it did a good job.

Windows 7 can change the wallpapers automatically as well.
