Want a 10" tablet with OS 2.2

My main uses for this tablet will be internet browsing, watching flash tv streams, and I would like to watch netflix off of the netflix app.

So:
10" screen is a must
A good battery life is pretty important also
Plays flash 10.1
can watch the netflix movies on the netflix app

please help

What's your price range? I'd go with an ASUS Eee Pad Transformer running Android 3.0 Honeycomb. It doesn't have a full market app, but you can easily google how to add it.
