I want to buy best performing Motherboard-Processor combination for my personal home use..
My basic requirements are:
for
1)Programming
2)500GB HDD use
3)Full HD video Playback
4)Fast USB access
5)Little Gaming
6)Should support Windows 7/8
7)should support 5.1/7.1 ch sound system
8)less power consumption
and final
9)should not cost more than 10000RS

please suggest me a good combination of motherboard-processor which will at-least match my above requirements...Thank You!
 
I'd probably go for an i3 3220 or maybe an i5 3570K with a good Z77 board such as the Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H.
 
What kind of programming? You generally don't need particularly powerful hardware for programming, off the top of my head the only things I can think of that will benefit ffrom a powerful CPU are compiling template-heavy C++ code or if the kind of programs you work on are inherently CPU-heavy. For light gaming, an i3 2200 will do just fine, if you do end up getting a i5 but don't plan to overclock you can save a bit by getting the non-K version. On the AMD side an A8/A10-series CPU would do the job fine, they have pretty good integrated graphics so you don't need to get a discrete card for light gaming.
