Want to get a GTX 460

Hi!
I want to get a Nvidia GeForce GTX 460. I presently have a 8800 GTS 640mb and I wondered how much percent better this could get. My setup is in my signature, so do you think this is a good idea? A friend told me my quad core 2.40ghz wouldn't be able to take it properly. I wanted to add 3 more gb of RAM with that so I would have 6gb. And if it's ok, what would be the ideal power supply needed?

Well the 460 is a nice jump from the 8800. You will see an immense difference with this card.
