want to invert my screen

hey guys,
im making myself a homemade projector for my monitor. (i know it'll suck but i don't care)
im just wondering if you guys know of any programs that would flip my screen left to right, or up and down or both.

I could just let my monitor sit upside down, but i don't really wanna do that.

any suggestions are appreciated
