ok my laptop sometimes..when i power it,up the screen is black and.i trun it on and off like 2 times,then it starts up normal what could this be

Could be loose cabling or hard drive might be failing intermittently. Also try removing and reinserting the memory.

how do you do that

Do what? Remove the memory? Remove the access panel on the bottom of the laptop that holds the memory and all you do is release the clips that hold the memory in and they come out. Then reinsert the memory. But more often then not, its a bad hard drive or other hardware failure thats not allowing it to boot.
