Well they can log your IP address (if they only allow one account from the same computer) but if they only let you have one account on the same e-mail address you cannot do that. (As far as I know)

That clearly means the server has logged your IP, your computer is marked simply. But thats no problem. The easy way out is what i do, go to a library or any other public computer, register with that other email of yours (and dont use the same name) and you got two accounts. Let me just say this too, if they clearly state in the terms of agreement that a person can only have ONE account your clearly breaking that agreement, choose yourself. If it gives you ethical nightmares i wouldnt do it. However if it is for two different persons (as i assume), this IP logging is simply plainly annoying.
