wanted socket a 1.2 ghz athlon cpu

I have a DFI AK74-EC motherboard I am using to build a retro DOS/WIN 3.1, and I need a old socket A 462 pin pga 1.2 GHZ AMD ATHLON processor. It currently has a duron chip, to slow, I have a P4 SOCKET 478 1.6 CPU AND A P3 933 MHZ SOCKET 370 CHIP, I also have 2 1gb dell pc5300 ddr sticks and 512mb dell rambus memory to trade, take your pick.
