What does all this mean. Should I Block Change or Allow Change? Spyware or not?

Photo not so hot. Here is what it is saying:

Deny it! It certainly won't hurt even if later proven a safe item. But that's trying to change your current settings and should be denied.

That's the thing rright there. If you are using a totally different ISP to connect and not even on dial-up you certainly won't that changing things. People using other services often ask how to see any AOL stuff removed.
