Warning by Nvidia Monitor for XFX 8800GTS

I overclock my XFX 8800GTS 320mb with Rivatuner to 600/900

When i open Nvidia Monitor the Green Box change into a Yellow Box

Speeds
The operating speed for various components is indicated by bar graph.
The colored boxes indicate the level of safety at which each component is operating,
and are defined as follows:
• Green: Safe operating level
• Yellow: Warning - May result in system instability
• Red: Danger - Will likely result in system instability.

I had run 3DMark06 ( http://service.futuremark.com/orb/resultanalyzer.jsp?projectType=14&XLID=0&UID=11411253 ) play all my game without issue .

Question : Does the yellow mean that my XFX 8800GTS might get damage running at those speed ?

Go with your mouse over it, and stand a bit. A balloon will show up and it will give you info.

Just in case you aren't capable of reading, it means a bad sign.
