I just bought a Used Thinkpad and Squaretrade offered me a warranty for $11.99 for a year. It covers mechanical and electrical. Should I buy the warranty?
 
Find out EXACTLY what it covers... that seems like a pretty cheap warranty for a used computer. It may only cover labor or only cover parts, and likely only if there is absolutely no fault on the user.
 
It covers things like hard drive and even wear and tare. I may try it. It expires on 8/24, so I'm going to think about it.
