eh, were did you get these letters, they are not another language, they look like a scramble of letters like from a unfinished download, or a encoded file.
There are thousands of translators out there if you just take the time and look. But again you can't just translate say à to a. You have to know the whole word.
Those are called accented letters. They make generally the same sound as the letter but with some alteration to the emphasis on certain parts of it. They are commonly used to show an accent on foreign words. English words AFAIK never use accented characters. They are "alternative characters" in fonts normally to type them you have to hold alt and press a certain number combo to get them. See this...☼ hold alt and type 9999 on your keypad (doesnt work with the number row on the top of the keyboard). These symbols usually only work on Windows standard font sets.
