i dont think its possible to watch EVERY single changed/edited/deleted file by several diff programs. you would be watching 100's of 1000's of files moving and deleting and recreating and saving and all that. anyone else know of a program that does this on a human level??! cuz i cant think of one.

also...your not gonna just be WATCHING them right? cuz that would be insane. are you looking for a scanning program of some kind? that like scans for viruses? or are you looking for a program that traces coookies or something and views what they are looking at on your machine? just watching would be too general of a program. it has to have some kind of a function like spyware/trojans/keylogger/word filter/something...

If this can help. On winXP if u open WINDOWS TASK MANAGER and look under PROCESSES. Is shows what programs that are running at that time. Mostly running under .EXE

to open press CTRL+ALT+DEL at the same time and TASK MANAGER will pop up..
