I'm trying to find a water cooling solution that fits the budget and doesn't make a hole in my wallet...

Which one is cheaper?:

1. Buy a ready-out-of-box water cooling kit
2. Buy separate parts and set it up by myself

And if I buy a kit, would these choices be any good for the money?
