Well, it depends on what you want to liquid-cool. The CPU, the GPU, the chipset, two of those, or all three.

$175 with 5 feet of tubing. You would still need other little stuff like a T in the line to let the air out and clamps. All you would need is a water block for your CPU or video card. So spend around 50 to 75 on a good water block.

all it is in 1/2 inch for MAX water flow

You could take a look at the Zalman Reserator 1 Plus or for really effective cooling, the Waterchill Xtreme Kit 03-L-1217 or 03-L-1216. But the Waterchill isn't cheap.

The reserator is a nice choice for silence not ultimate cooling power. Some folks over at silentpcreview's water cooling forum think it has fundamental design flaws. But I say if it works, it works. Nice choice for a midlevel silent wc.
