$250 max really...

firstly, what components do you want to cool....

Also, what size tubing (8mm, 10mm 3/8" 1/2" ect.) and what size rad do you want.... tell me that and i may be able to help!

$175 with 5 feet of tubing. You would still need other little stuff like a T in the line to let the air out and clamps. All you would need is a water block for your CPU or video card. So spend around 50 to 75 on a good water block.

all it is in 1/2 inch for MAX water flow

The reserator is a nice choice for silence not ultimate cooling power. Some folks over at silentpcreview's water cooling forum think it has fundamental design flaws. But I say if it works, it works. Nice choice for a midlevel silent wc.
