Watercooling Gone Bad Part 2

Well as you guys know i posted a topic about how my Water Cooling System broke and Destroyed my SLI'ed 6800GTS.

Well i sent theme back to NEWegg on RMA so i hope they replace theme..

But my question is this..

When i had Water cooling my cpu would get temps like 30-37c

I put my stock cooling heatsink on and im getting temps like 27-30c stable??

well, most will put it down to too much or not enough thermal compound on the cpu causing this problem.
other reasons include a water block that isn't flat enough to make proper contact with the cpu, or a water block that isn't sat properly on the cpu.
however there might have been an issue with your water cooling such as the radiator not being ventilated very well.
