I wouldn't count on it. It has 2 12V rails at max 18A but only a combined wattage of 250W.

Uh, why spend so much on such a weak PSU?????? But yes, it will run it just fine.

I am spending so much because it is for a mini itx case normal psus do not fit. Is this thing much better than onboard 9300? Because that is the alternative

It is much better than an onboard 9300. A 9600GT will let you run Crysis on Med/High settings around 30 fps, again depending on what the rest of your system is like. What else is going in the system and are there any larger PSU's available?

there are no better tfx power supplies on newegg. if you find a better one let me know
it will have an core2duo E8400.
