Amps matter more than watts. 400 watts would probably be fine, but I'd go for about 25 amps on the 12V rail.

Your build doesn't require much at all, so I would suggest the XClio 450BL

The power requirements for your system are very low. Even a 300W PSU with +12V@15A would work. The PSU that Jet suggested is a very good one, if you wanted to cut down costs further any of these are fine as well:
HIPRO HP-W430PA3
HIPRO HP-E4009F5WR

Or you could get a case which includes a decent PSU, such as the Athenatech A416BS.400

This is true, the power requirements arent too high so dont focues TOO much on a power supply.
