WD raptors

while browsing around Canada computers looking for ideas on my next build I saw a WD raptor that had 37.5 GBs of storage I currently have used only 23 gbs of storage on my 2 year old xp machine however on my next machine I will run either vista premium or ultimate and will have a (super) small linux ubuntu patron
so is 37.5 gbs enough????

IMO, no. It's just enough to have Windows Vista installed, and maybe a program or two, but deffinitely not enough if you want to have all your programs and games installed. Last time I checked, the 74GB wasnt much more then the 37.5GB.

I would suggest in investing in a couple of hard drives. Install your operating system and games on the Raptor, but get a nice 200GB one for everything else.
