hi,i am having difficulty leaving feedback on ebay,after clicking on either pos,neg or neutral feedback icon the pop up box does not appear to leave further ratings,i have contacted ebay and they told me it was a web browser issue and to update the latest version of java which i have done,another person suggested downloading internet explorer 8 in which i have done,both of these have failed to work!i have very little computer experience ,is there anyone out there who has had this problem and how do you fix it?i have windows xp home. cheerz cameron:

internet explorer sucks, that is most likely your problem. download firefox, it operates better and it's faster. A good majority of people have switch to it and once you use it you will never be able to go back to internet explorer again. And it's easy to set up. Heres the link.
