hey, i am using dreamweaver..but i'm still not good in web designing yet..
anyone can tell me how to i change the colour of a button when the mouse pointer is on it (without clicking) ?
 
make rollover image button
make 3 images
1 the normal statement
2 the mouse over statement
3 the mouse down statement

macromedia says that the bset way to do imagesrollover is to use fireworks.
you can aslo use fireworx
but this is easier;
insert an image into your html
select it
go to Tag <body> panel, its located in the right side of monitor
click on the "+" button and then choose swap image
click browse to load a pic
end.

for now i dun have problem with roll over image,
if i want to make a drop down menu
which is better?
using flash or javascript? can someone help me pls.
 
if you dont knwo anything about flash then use java,
but if you are fiamiliar with it then flash is lot beter,(can have animation, pictures, diffrents styles....etc.)
java is just better for you go to google and serach for java script sources at hotscript.com you can find many sources.
 
hm..i am much better in flash, got only very little knowledge of java
but in flash i got a problem, i cant make it overlap with HTML, how do i do it?
