I'm creating a website and I'm looking at all the options.

What in your opinion is currently the best free web designer and the best web designer for value? I'm just starting off so one that is easy to learn and get around would be very helpful.

dunno, really, but i prefer Dreamweaver, one of my friend says Coffee Cup HTML editor is so stinking easy to use, it's WYSIWYG
