********Web Domain help*********

I'm not aware of any free options, but there are some really cheap options out there. I use yahoo small business for my hosting and its only $8 a month.
 
I just paid 50 bucks to godaddy.com for a domain name for 5 years, thats $10 per a year for a domain name.

Its cheap, I'd say just go ahead and buy it.

I would be weary of such hosts because not all of them give you what you want or need.

For example many of them won't allow you to edit certain things or configure certain settings for PHP memory or your MySQL database or what not.

If you don't need those features then maybe you could go with that host, but I like to use a hassle free host which allows me to do whatever I want, even gives me ssh into my home directory.

I would read all the fine print. My host gives me 128MB of PHP memory which is really good, not all hosts do that.
