Dear all,
I need some help to figure out following in regards with the web history.
Events happened as follow
1. I bought a second hand samsung laptop with Windows Vista installed, two weeks ago from ebay.
2. I have not used laptop that much yet. Still have to put backup from previous laptop on to new one yet.
3. I was surfing on websites/ blogs/ fourms to do with the pregnency, as we are expecting our first baby.
4. I also searched for some images online to do with the dancing, as I was creating a logo.
5. And my daily websites i.e, cricinfo, bbc, rediff, autotrader, f1 and xe.
Now last night I looked into the web history and found that there was a link page to a porno website. I have no idea how it ended up in history and I really want to figure out that how that happened.
I use IE 8 for browsing. Please can someone tell me if it is possible that a link ends up in history without user accessing the site. Is it a virus/ malware??
Please help, thanks
