Me and two friends are thinking of starting a web hosting website in which we buy a reseller account and we make 3 or 4 well priced packages for customers, i was just wondering if anyone knew much about this and what happens about tax, thanks.

hmmmm, I believe once you begin providing customers with web hosting services, you automatically classify yourself as a business owner and you have to follow the same tax regulations as any other business owner.

Just call the IRS. They'll gladly tell you what moneys you owe them lol.
