i got a web server but i don't knowhowto network thru my wireless
router i got it wired to the router i just don't know how
to setup the static ip and all of other stuff

Is this a server for your own local network or are you trying to set it to work on the internet as well?

Here is a nice little tutorial on how to do that. DSL/Cable Webserver Some of the info may be a bit dated but the concept and procedure is still valid.
