Web server trouble. HELP!!!

Hello people,

I am really, really getting annoyed with this. I am doing web hosting through Microsoft Office Live. I have the essentials version, which let's you edit websites through a 3rd party software (I use dreamweaver and Flash). This means I have downloaded a web folder on my laptop. The web folder works good, when it's working.

Here's the problem:

Since recently, each time I try to get into the web folder, it comes up with a message saying, "Select the Certificate you want to use" In which, there are not certificates listed. And then when I press cancel, it comes up with a message saying, "The folder does not appear to be valid. Please choose another"

I am using HTTPS, which is what Microsoft Support has told me to use. Please Help! Has this happened to anyone? This is getting frustrating, really! Any ideas?

Please & Thanks.

HTTPS is secure and goes over SSL usually, you may need to download a certificate to properly view/edit/modify those files. This is a security certificate and it may only work in certain web browsers, if you are not using IE I suggest trying it in IE since you are using Microsoft products.

I'm using IE7. And it still keeps doing that. Just a while ago though, i did delete all my cookies, internet history, temporary files and stuff like that. Could that be a problem?
