Webcam on my desktop computer

I have just got an apple icam for my computer. I plugged it in and the "install new hardware window" pops up. I cannot install the icam as it says I need a disc or software. I dont have either of these. Any ideas on other ways to get my icam to work? Im running windows XP media centre edition if that helps:)
