Start-Control Panel - System - Hardware - Device manager and find the icon off your camera and disable it

Sure

>start..right click my computer>left click manage>left click device manager>left click imaging devices>left click device>click disable

Then plug in your new webcam,restart the computer and let it detect and install the driver.

Done deal.:D
