Webmail?

I have just started viewing my E-mail account via webmail.

When I try to reply the message box is not loading (just an x in the left hand corner).

Can anyone help????

Thanks in advance.

What browser is this? For me, Firefox never displays text boxes correctly, so sometimes I use IE. Try a different browser.

Also what wbemail service are you using (eg gmail / hotmail)
i have found that gmail has acted funny before on my schools computers, i think it was something to do with the javascript settings

whenever ive seen blank objects with a cross in the corner its either due to content being blocked or the actual content is missing. do you have any programs that block certain objects like an antispyware program?

Whenever I use Gmail with Firefox, any page with a textbox starts rapidly bouncing up and down.:D

I love gmail. Was on Hotmail/Yahoo, for ..... ever. Now I only use Gmail as my serious email.... thank you google.

Its my work one, on its own server, I can't use outlook with it and the only way I can access it is by the webmail (which isn't working properly) or my laptop which I don't want to have to set up everytime I use it.

The content isn't missing as it loads on my other pc.

I'v completely lowered the security setting for the site by: disbling antivirus, antispyware, firewall and given it the lowest IE settings for it.

put all your settings back to their default and clear you internet cache, you'd be surprised how often that causes problems

try reinstalling java.
