My wife and I started a website for a small part-time business we're running a few months ago. We live in Japan and she started the page using Japanese software on her Japanese operating system.
I would like to know if there is any free or inexpensive software out there which I could use in order to update our website from my / an English operating system computer. If you have any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
