Website Block Bypass

Hi everyone i am new here and i need imidiate assistant...

I have been given a school assignment, yes i am a student, and i can not possibly complete it because the information i require is being blocked by a firewall on the school server, is there some way i can bypass this firewall?

I have tried entering the IP of the website in the browser and it didnt work, I do not know the name of the firewall but what i do know is it works by blocking a certain website which contains words which are 'unsuitable'.

And before you ask no i do not have a computer at home with an active internet connection.

So any help?

I used to have the same problem.

If you can you sould use a website that allows you the surf the web from their own server.

Try 'sneak2.net'

If thats blocked then use google and search for 'anonymous browsing' that might get you some more sites that can do the same thing.

Schools set up their servers that way for a good reason and at times that is going to be very inconvenient. Your situation cannot be unique. Isn't there someone on the staff or admin that you can approach to get the necessaries done to allow access?

Talk to a teacher or counselor. If they are unable to get you access, you will have to find a library or a friend and use their computer.

Talking about bypassing a school filter or firewall is against forum rules.
